Newsletter
March 2007
As we move into the beauty of Autumn, we have the opportunity to
follow the example of the trees - let go and get bare! I’m not (only)
talking about snuggling up to loved ones, but also becoming ‘bare’ in
our communication. More than ever before I am hearing people talk to
each other with unusual honesty - amongst my friends, from my clients
and in the public spaces of
books, films and other media. The world is increasingly valuing and
rewarding open-ness and transparency. This month I challenge you to pick
one person – even in only one moment – with whom to be utterly real.
Watch the liberation and new opportunities that follow.
Below you will find the calendar for my usual offerings, as well as some
new ones in the form of a Transformation Game evening and my new Seminar
Series, a range of interactive talks that bring new information and
perspectives to some of the questions you may be exploring. The dates
for my next Cape Town and White River trips are also available in this
newsletter.
As always, welcome to the new subscribers; please reply to this
newsletter with ‘Unsubscribe’ in the Subject Line if at any stage you
wish to discontinue receiving it.
Much love to all of you

Personal Readings
As from April 26 I am available for a few one-on-one sessions every
week. These sessions are limited, so please book early to avoid
disappointment. Distance readings are always available and are getting
better than ever!
Procedure for distance readings:
1. You send me a detailed email, setting out where you are in your life
and the questions you would like to ask
2. Once I have that mail, and proof of your payment, you will be put on
the list for distance readings
3. I will do your reading in my own time, usually within three to four
days, and record it on CD
4. I will courier the CD to you overnight as well as keep a copy on my
hard drive in case it gets lost.
5. Alternatively, we can transcribe your reading (ten to twelve days)
and mail it to you in Word or you can collect the
CD personally.
6. Costs: R480.00 (reading) plus R60.00 (overnight courier), or
transcription R200.00
7. Angela Deutschmann, Standard Bank Stellenbosch 050610, Savings
account number 077 105 907
Launch of Seminar Series – NEW
I am excited to announce the launch of the Angela Deutschmann Seminar
Series. This is a series of 5 talks, presented over 6 months, which will
introduce radical new concepts to shift you out of old paradigms and
into new degrees of responsibility and personal power. Every seminar has
an interactive component where you are welcome to pose personal
questions to me and encouraged to apply the knowledge to your own
circumstances there and then with exercises and games. So bring along
your journal and your friends and join us for an evening of light
learning.
First Seminar
What Does It Mean to be ‘Spiritual’?
What with all the chanting, chakras and charmers out there, things can
seem a bit kooky to someone wanting to start exploring their spiritual
growth. Angela Deutschmann cuts through the new age jargon to provide a
clear look at what it means to ‘be spiritual’ and how to distinguish the
adventure from the adverts. A must for those who are new on the
metaphysical highway, or those who are getting weary of the trek.

What I am Learning from a Newborn Baby
Thanks to Daniel, born 13 February 2007, for reminding me that:
• We can be utterly lovable even when totally dependent
• When our tummies are empty, even the best of us get bad-tempered
• There is no need to smile just because it would please someone else
• Cuddles and kisses are as vital as air
• Making our needs known clearly and immediately is the best way to get
them met
• We can be totally dignified even if someone else has to change our
nappy
• The world around us is an exhilarating place to discover
• Just because it’s 3am doesn’t mean we can’t be playful
• There is no need to talk to convey deep love and connection
• Tummies love to be licked
• Without speaking, walking or doing a single thing, we still have a
huge influence on the world. Just our being here makes things different.
